We hand select only the best parcels for our Estate wines. We look for flavour, acid balance and colour. Our goal is to produce a premium fruit- driven wine with the added complexity of French oak ageing, while balancing softness and ability for immediate drinking.  Our fruit is truly cool climate in style, crisp acidity, elegance and finesse, well balanced with a rich complexity of aromas.
