The Penbro label represents the cattle brand once used to identify Penbro Stud cattle.  Perhaps the best known to come from Penbro was Douglas, a prize bull who was known all over the country.

Penbro Estate has commanding views of the Yea Valley.  From the tops of the Bald Hills, located in the foothills of the Great Dividing Ranges, the farm comprises over 1500 acres of prime agricultural land..  The Estate vineyards comprise of 101 acres of vines on soil influenced by ironstone, clay and mudstone gravel, perfect for low yielding premium wine production. The farm is managed in an environmentally sensitive practice, preserving and conserving the ecology for generations to come.
